The «'Yug' Energy Company» was founded in 1999 and electrical equipment delivery for industrial and building organizations used to be it's main kind of activity. In 2000 the company obtained a wiring job license and organised wiring site.

Soon, the «'Yug' Energy Company» direction come to a conclusion that in order to make the company develop successfully and to attract grave clients the complex of services, from project work out to hooking-up, is required. For the purpose of it, in 2000 the company obtained design work license and it's electrotechnical laboratory was certified.

The successful fulfilment of complex job and skilled workers involvement have made it possible to get a license for all types of design works and assembly job organisation for up to 35 kv and more than 35 kv tension (series AB №344274 of 08.06.2006), that is practically unlimited tension. It is worth mentioning that only a few Crimean enterprises possess similar license.

The «'Yug' Energy Company» motto is steady development and progression, that is why the company has come to the market seriously and for a long haul. Taking into consideration high demand for the services provided by company, a lot of investments are made into equipment and machinery purchase and staff training.

The «'Yug' Energy Company» staff is stable and rises steadily by means of young and perspective specialists involvement. These days the organization structure is the following:

• the head office located in Simferopol;
• enterprise direction;
• design department, equipped with necessary office automation and software for different complexity projects fulfilment;
• accounts department;
• juridical department;
• well-equipped branch office in Yalta;
• industrial base in Partenirt, where transport, excavation equipment and worker's dormitory are located;
• There is a movable electrotechnical laboratory for electricity measurements and equipment trials.
